Shipping policy
Magneva ships orders carefully and promptly. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods (sales events, new launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — Free on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) — Calculated at checkout
- Overnight / Next Business Day — Available for select locations, calculated at checkout
- International Shipping — Available to select countries; delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days)
Note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Magneva is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping is free on orders $50 and above. A flat fee of $4.99 applies for orders under $50. Expedited and Express options are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment notification.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and building management before contacting us. Magneva is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. For packages lost in transit (not yet marked as delivered), please contact us at support@magneva.com and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for high-value orders.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@magneva.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched. Magneva is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
