At Magneva, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item was purchased directly from www.magneva.com
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used supplement bottles
  • Products purchased from third-party resellers or marketplaces
  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a non-refundable discount code
  • Products that have been tampered with or show signs of misuse
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.). We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our eligibility conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@magneva.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Email us at support@magneva.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Step 3: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • Step 4: Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
